- Is there a minimum order for a company store?
- No. On-demand production means there's no bulk buy and no minimum — you can order a single embroidered polo for a new hire or a hundred shirts for an event. If a large one-time run makes more sense, we'll set up a batch order instead and tell you honestly which is cheaper.
- Is there an annual minimum or a contract?
- No. There's no annual minimum and no long-term contract — you can start with a single store and one order and scale whenever you're ready. We work with teams of every size, from a handful of people to a few thousand, all with the same high-quality gear and personal service.
- How much does it cost to set up a company store?
- Right now, store setup is free — a $1,000 value. We build your branded store, load your approved products, and lock your logo and colors at no charge, so you're mainly paying for the gear you order. Costs scale with the garments, decoration method, and quantities you choose. Send us your lineup and we'll put together a clear quote with no surprise fees.
- Can employees pay for their own gear, or is it company-paid?
- Your call, and you can mix them. Run it company-paid, set a per-person allowance, or let staff buy their own extras — cover the uniform polo and let people add a hoodie on their own dime, for example. You decide who spends what.
- Do you handle embroidery in house?
- Yes — we run three commercial embroidery machines in our own shop, so your store's polos, caps, and jackets are stitched here, not outsourced. That's how we keep quality ours to control and make sure every reorder matches the last.
- Can you ship to multiple locations or remote employees?
- Yes. Gear ships to each person or site directly, so a remote hire in another state is outfitted without anything routing through headquarters. Local to us in Mesa? Grab it at the shop. Either way it shows up folded, sorted, and ready to hand out.
- Who is an online company store a good fit for?
- Any organization that orders branded gear on a regular basis: businesses with staff uniforms, growing teams that hire often, multi-location or remote companies, and churches outfitting volunteers and campuses. If you only need gear once, a one-time bulk order is usually the better call, and we'll say so.
- Can a company store run a full uniform program — allotments, annual refresh, replacements?
- Yes, that's the most common way we use one. Each role gets an initial uniform allotment, each employee gets an annual refresh allowance that resets on your date, worn or damaged pieces are replaced out of it, and new hires order their kit from the link on day one. Your logo, colors, and approved garments stay on file so every piece matches.
- Is this a company-purchased program or a uniform rental?
- Company-purchased. You buy and own the garments — there's no weekly rental fee, no laundry contract, and no lost-garment charge. If you're coming off a rental service, we'll walk through the cost comparison honestly before you switch.
- How does the store track employee sizes?
- Each employee picks their own size against real size charts, and every order stays tied to the person who placed it, so sizes are on record for the next refresh. Before a first order we can send a sample size run for try-ons — embroidered pieces can't be returned, so it's worth doing.
- Can billing be centralized to the company?
- Yes. The default is one invoice to the company, per order or monthly, with per-person allowances and any employee-paid extras tracked underneath it. If accounting wants it split by department or location, we set the store up that way instead.
