Custom Fleece Vests
Custom fleece vests embroidered with your logo — fleece, softshell, and puffer. The group gift with no sleeve length to get wrong, and the one people actually wear.

Teams that wear our work
From roofers and contractors to credit unions and churches — these teams show up in gear we made.
The branded piece that fits everyone
A vest is the easiest group gift to get right: no sleeve length to guess, a fit that is forgiving through the shoulders, and a garment that layers over anything so it stays in rotation most of the year. We embroider fleece, softshell, and puffer vests — and because the logo is the only thing on the garment, we will show it to you on your actual vest colour before anything runs. Want sleeves instead? See custom jackets.
Every vest we decorate
Three tiers, and the right one depends mostly on who is receiving it.
Fleece vests
Soft, warm, and the best value of the three. The default for a team, a crew, or a big group where budget per head matters.
Softshell vests
Sharper and more corporate-looking, and they handle wind and light rain. The pick for client-facing staff and office teams.
Puffer & quilted vests
The premium tier. Looks like a gift rather than a uniform, which is exactly what you want when it is going to clients.
Hi-vis and work vests
A different job entirely — if you need ANSI-rated visibility rather than warmth, that is our safety vests page.
Two ways to work with us
Most jobs are one of these. Plenty of customers do both.
Bulk runs, done right

Camps, events, fundraisers, retreats, team tees, trade shows, a uniform rollout. You give us the date and the count — we print, stitch, fold, and have it ready when we said we would. No account manager, no runaround.
- Screen printing from 48 · embroidery and DTF from 12
- Free digital mockup before anything runs
- We'll steer you to whichever method is actually cheaper
A store your team orders from

When the same gear goes out again and again — new hires, volunteers, a second campus, next season's crew — we build you a private store. Logo and colors on file, no minimums, everyone orders their own size and it ships to them.
- No minimums at all through a store
- Sizes collected once, never chased again
- Ships to every employee, volunteer, or location
Most of our store customers started with one bulk order. Start wherever you are — we'll tell you honestly which one fits, and whether we're the right shop for you at all.
From logo to loading dock in four steps
No account managers, no runaround. Here's how an order runs.

Send your logo
Vector art is ideal, but a rough logo is fine — we'll clean it up and tell you what we need.

Approve a mockup
We return a free digital mockup and a clear quote.

We make them
Embroidered or printed on our own machines — no outsourcing, no surprises on quality.

Pick up or ship
Folded, counted, and sorted by size on the date we promised. Local pickup or shipped to your door.
The easy part is the logo. We sweat the rest.
Anyone can slap a logo on a shirt. We obsess over the things that actually decide whether you order again.
In-house everything
Printing, embroidery, and DTF all happen under one roof, so we own the quality and the timeline.
Real humans on art
A designer touches every order. We fix blurry logos and flag problems before they hit a shirt.
Honest minimums
None at all through a store. For one-time orders: 48 pieces on screen printing, 12 on embroidery and DTF — we'll steer you to whatever's actually cheaper.
Reorders that match
We keep your logo digitized and your thread colors on file, so next year's order looks exactly like this year's.
Built for the people who order in bulk
We speak schedule, sizing, and budget for the groups we work with most.

Why a vest is the easiest group gift to get right
Two reasons, and they are both practical. A vest fits a much wider range of people than a jacket does — no sleeve length to get wrong, and the fit is forgiving through the shoulders, so a medium works for more people than a medium jacket ever will. If you are buying for a group whose sizes you do not know precisely, that is a real advantage.
And it gets worn. A vest layers over a dress shirt, a polo, a hoodie or a flannel, indoors and out, which means it is in rotation most of the year rather than three weeks in January. For a gift, the thing that matters is not what it costs — it is whether the person puts it on, and vests clear that bar more reliably than almost anything else we decorate.
Fleece vests are the familiar one: soft, warm, cheapest of the three. Softshell vests read sharper and more corporate, and they shrug off wind and light rain. Puffer and quilted vests are the premium tier and the one that looks like a gift rather than a uniform — that is the pick when it is going to clients.
- No sleeve length to get wrong — the most forgiving fit in outerwear
- Layers over anything, so it is worn most of the year
- Fleece — soft, warm, the best value
- Softshell — sharper and more corporate; handles wind and light rain
- Puffer and quilted — the premium tier, and the one for clients
Where your logo goes on a vest
Left chest, about 3 to 4 inches wide. On a vest that placement is unusually prominent, because there are no sleeves or lapels competing with it — your logo is the only thing on the garment, which is exactly why vests are such good branded apparel and also why the stitching needs to be right.
Embroidery is the only method we would use here. Fleece has a nap, and a print sits on top of it and cracks; stitching sinks in and belongs. On a quilted or puffer vest we place the logo on a flat panel between the seams rather than across a quilt line, so it does not pucker.
A note on logo colour that matters more on a vest than anywhere else: with no other decoration on the garment, a logo in a thread colour that fights the vest looks like a mistake rather than a choice. Send us the vest colour you are thinking of and we will show you the logo on it in a free mockup before you commit — and if your logo needs a one-colour version to work on a dark vest, we will make you one.
What custom fleece vests cost
The anchor we publish elsewhere on the site is $55 to $90 a piece decorated for a quarter-zip or softshell. A fleece vest sits at or below the bottom of that range — it is less garment than a jacket, and it prices like it. Softshell vests sit in the middle, and puffer and quilted vests at the top or above, where the premium retail brands live.
That makes a vest the best value in branded outerwear: close to jacket-level perceived value for noticeably less money, because embroidery is priced by your logo's stitch count rather than by the garment, so the decoration costs the same on the cheapest vest as the dearest one.
We quote every line up front, and digitizing is a one-time cost — after the first order your stitch file is on record, so next year's vests match this year's exactly and cost less. If a number lands high, the lever is the vest, and we will show you two or three price points rather than one.
Ordering for a team, a gift, or a client list
Embroidery starts at 12 pieces for a one-time run and most orders take about two to three weeks from the approved mockup. Like all outerwear, vests are seasonal — stock thins from October, so if these are Christmas gifts the time to order is well before December. We will tell you if a colour is short anywhere in the country before you commit, not after.
If you are gifting rather than outfitting, the sizing problem is still the thing that spoils it, even with a forgiving garment. An online company store lets each person pick their own size and have it shipped, with no minimum — and for a client list that is usually better than guessing. If the vest is going in a box with other things, our corporate gifts page covers how to build that, and luxury corporate gifts covers the premium end.
We make vests for corporate teams, real estate and finance offices, golf clubs, churches, and construction companies across Arizona, and ship anywhere. If you want sleeves after all, that is our custom jackets page. Otherwise, send us your logo and a headcount and we will come back with vest options, a free mockup on the colour you want, and a straight quote.

Custom Fleece Vests FAQs
The questions we get asked most — answered straight.
- How much do custom fleece vests cost?
- A fleece vest sits at or below the bottom of the $55 to $90 range we publish for a decorated quarter-zip or softshell, because it is less garment than a jacket. Softshell vests sit in the middle and puffer or quilted vests at the top or above. Embroidery is priced by your logo's stitch count, so the decoration costs the same whichever vest you pick.
- Why are vests a good corporate gift?
- Two practical reasons. A vest fits a far wider range of people than a jacket — no sleeve length to get wrong and a forgiving fit through the shoulders — so it works when you do not know everyone's size. And it layers over anything, indoors and out, so it stays in rotation most of the year instead of three weeks in January. For a gift, what matters is whether people wear it.
- Should a fleece vest be embroidered or printed?
- Embroidered, without hesitation. Fleece has a nap, so a print sits on top of it and cracks, while stitching sinks in and looks like it belongs. On a quilted or puffer vest we place the logo on a flat panel between the seams rather than across a quilt line so it does not pucker.
- Is there a minimum order for custom vests?
- Embroidery starts at 12 pieces for a one-time order. Through a company store there is no minimum, which is usually the better route for gifting — each person picks their own size and it ships to them rather than you guessing from a list.
- What thread colour should I use on a dark vest?
- It matters more on a vest than on anything else, because the logo is the only thing on the garment — a thread colour that fights the vest reads as a mistake rather than a choice. Send us the vest colour you are considering and we will show you the logo on it in a free mockup, and if your logo needs a one-colour version to work on a dark vest we will make you one.
- When should I order vests for Christmas gifts?
- Well before December. Outerwear is seasonal and stock thins from October, so a popular colour can be gone for the season rather than for a week. Normal turnaround is about two to three weeks from the approved mockup, but availability is the constraint that actually bites — order early and we will confirm stock before you commit.
