Landscaping shirts & crew uniforms

Breathable, tough shirts that hold up in the heat — and put your company name in front of every neighbor on the block.

We make custom landscaping shirts and crew uniforms built for long days in the sun: breathable tees, hi-vis safety shirts, and embroidered polos and caps with your logo. Every yard your crew works is a billboard, so we keep the branding sharp and let you reorder on demand as the crew grows.

Shirts that survive an Arizona summer

Landscaping crews are outdoors in conditions that destroy ordinary apparel. Sun, sweat, dirt, and abrasion, all day, every day, in a climate where a summer afternoon can hit 115.

The single most important decision is fabric, and the answer is not 100% cotton. Cotton absorbs sweat and holds it, which stops the evaporation that keeps a body cool — that's a safety issue on a crew, not a comfort preference. A poly or poly-cotton performance blend wicks, dries fast, and shrugs off wrinkling in a truck.

  • Moisture-wicking tees and polos — the daily workhorse
  • Long-sleeve sun shirts — requested more than people expect
  • Hi-vis tees and vests for roadside and commercial work
  • Caps and wide-brim hats for sun exposure
  • Hoodies and jackets for winter mornings
  • Branded jackets for supervisors and estimators

Long sleeves are not a mistake

New crews often assume short sleeves in summer and are surprised when experienced landscapers ask for long. Sun exposure over a full season is a bigger problem than the extra warmth, and a light long-sleeve performance shirt is genuinely cooler in direct sun than bare skin.

Most crews we outfit order both and let people choose by the job. It costs slightly more up front and it's the request we hear most often after the first run.

Turn the crew into a moving billboard

Landscaping is one of the few trades where your crew works in full view of the exact people you want as customers — the neighbors. That makes the back of the shirt the most valuable advertising space you own.

The layout that works: logo on the left chest, company name and phone across the back, big enough to read from a driveway. A neighbor watching your crew work for three hours will read it.

For tees, screen printing is right — soft, durable, and cheapest past 48. For polos and caps, embroidery from 24 pieces. We wrote the full fabric-and-design breakdown in landscaping company shirts.

Crew turnover and reorders

Landscaping hires in waves, and the usual bulk-order rhythm doesn't match it. You staff up for a season and suddenly need a dozen more shirts in a week.

An online company store keeps your approved garments and logo on file so anyone can order their size with no minimum. New crew are outfitted the day they start, matching everyone else — which matters more than it sounds when you're trying to look like one company on a residential street.

Digitizing your logo for embroidery is a one-time cost. Every reorder after that runs straight off the saved file with no setup again.

Made in Mesa, worn across the Valley

We outfit landscaping and lawn care companies across Phoenix, Mesa, Scottsdale, and Tucson. Everything is printed and stitched in house.

Send your logo and a headcount and we'll come back with garment recommendations, a free mockup, and a straight quote. If you want a sample before committing a whole crew, just ask — that's a normal request. Get in touch!

What shirts are best for landscaping crews in the heat?
Breathable, moisture-wicking performance tees for the crew, plus hi-vis where you need visibility. For a sharper look on estimators and leads, embroidered polos hold up and read professional. We'll help you match the shirt to the role.
Can you do hi-vis landscaping shirts with our logo?
Yes. We decorate hi-vis tees and polos with your logo without compromising visibility, so your crew stays safe and branded on every job.
Is there a minimum for landscaping shirts?
For one-time orders, embroidery's minimum is 24, DTF's is 12, and screen printing's is 48 (cheapest for big tee runs). Through a store there's no minimum. We'll tell you which fits.
