Construction company shirts & work uniforms
Durable work shirts, hi-vis, and embroidered gear that hold up on the job — and put your company name on every site.
We make custom construction company shirts and work uniforms that take a beating and keep your brand visible: embroidered work tees, button-ups, hi-vis safety shirts, and caps with your logo. Run them through a store so crews and new hires reorder on demand, and everything ships to the office or straight to the site.
Gear built for the site
Construction apparel gets treated worse than almost anything else we print. It's abraded, sun-bleached, sweated through, and washed hard. So the garment choice matters as much as the decoration — a cheap blank with a perfect logo on it is still a cheap blank three months later.
For crews working outdoors in Arizona, we steer toward moisture-wicking poly blends rather than cotton, and reinforced construction at the seams. Long sleeves get requested more than people expect, because sun exposure over a full season is a bigger problem than the extra warmth.
- Hi-vis tees, polos, and vests — ANSI Class 2 and 3
- Work shirts and button-ups with reinforced stitching
- Heavyweight tees for crews who go through shirts fast
- Hoodies and quarter-zips for winter mornings
- Embroidered caps and beanies
- Company jackets for supervisors and estimators
Hi-vis is usually the client's rule, not yours
If your crews work near traffic or on commercial sites, high-visibility apparel generally isn't optional — the general contractor or the site sets the requirement, and it's worth asking before you get turned away on a Monday morning.
Hi-vis is graded by ANSI/ISEA 107 class. Class 2 covers most work near traffic; Class 3 adds sleeves for higher-speed roadways. We can embroider or print your logo on hi-vis garments the same as anything else — with one rule: the decoration has to stay off the reflective striping, since covering the tape defeats its purpose and can void the rating.
A practical setup a lot of contractors land on: hi-vis shirts for the crews who need it daily, plus a stock of vests that go over normal uniforms for occasional site visits.
Print or stitch?
Print the tees, embroider everything else. Screen printing is right for crew tees — soft, durable, and the cheapest per shirt once you're past 48 pieces. A large company name across the back of a tee is free advertising every time your crew stops for lunch.
Embroidery is for polos, jackets, caps, and anything a supervisor or estimator wears in front of a client. It reads as more established, and it survives years of washing without cracking.
For smaller runs or full-color artwork, DTF has no per-color setup and starts at 12 pieces — useful when you're outfitting a single crew or adding a new subcontractor.
Reorders and new crew, handled
Construction hiring comes in waves, and the usual bulk-order rhythm doesn't match it. You staff up for a project and suddenly need fifteen more shirts in a week.
An online company store keeps your approved garments, logo, and colors on file so anyone can order their size on demand with no minimum. New crew get outfitted the day they start, and the shirts match what everyone else is already wearing — which matters more than it sounds when you're trying to look like one company on a job site.
Digitizing your logo for embroidery is a one-time cost. Every reorder after that runs straight off the saved file.
Made in Mesa, worn across Arizona
We stitch and print everything in house, and we outfit contractors, roofers, concrete crews, and trade companies across Phoenix, Mesa, and Tucson. If you'd rather see a sample before committing a whole crew, just ask — that's a normal request and we're happy to do it.

Construction & Trades FAQs
- Where can I get custom construction company shirts?
- We make custom construction company shirts in house — embroidered work tees, button-ups, hi-vis, and caps with your logo, built to survive the job site. Order on demand from your own store with no minimum on embroidery, so you can outfit one new hire or a whole crew.
- Can you print on hi-vis and safety shirts?
- Yes. We decorate ANSI-rated hi-vis tees and polos without compromising the reflective striping, so your crew stays compliant and on brand. Embroidered logos and printed backs are both common.
- Should work shirts be embroidered or printed?
- Embroider button-ups, polos, and jackets worn daily — stitching survives job sites and washing. Print work tees and big designs. Most crews end up with both, and we'll steer you to whatever's cheaper for each piece.
- Can we reorder as we hire?
- Yes. We keep your logo and colors on file in your store, so outfitting a new hire is one click and the shirts match what the rest of the crew already wears.
