EmbroideredHats
Custom embroidered hats and caps with your logo — dad caps, truckers, beanies, and snapbacks, stitched on our own machines. One-size-fits-most solves your sizing headache, and through a store there's no minimum.

Teams that wear our work
From roofers and contractors to credit unions and churches — these teams show up in gear we made.
The easiest piece of branded gear you'll ever order
Hats are the sneaky-best item in any order. They're one-size-fits-most, so you skip the whole sizing spreadsheet. They cost less than a good jacket. And people wear them constantly — to the job site, the game, the grocery store — which makes them the best advertising-per-dollar we make. Embroidery is the right call on almost every hat, and through a store there's no minimum at all.

Every hat we embroider
Structured, unstructured, mesh-back, or knit — the style changes the look more than most people expect.
Dad caps
Unstructured, low-profile, strap-back. The most current, most-worn style right now — and the safest bet if you're only picking one hat.
Trucker hats
Mesh back, foam front, snapback closure. Breathable for Arizona summers and a big flat canvas for a bold logo.
Structured caps
The classic firm-front baseball cap. Holds its shape, keeps a logo looking crisp, and reads more traditional and professional.
Beanies
Cuffed knit beanies for cold-weather crews and retreats. A small stitched logo on the cuff is all it needs.
Built for teams that reorder
Businesses and churches are who we know best — the groups with real deadlines, brand standards, and reorders an on-demand store is built for.
An always-open store for your team

We build you a private online store for company apparel — uniforms, swag, and everyday wear your team orders on demand. Embroidered in house, with your logo and colors on file so every reorder matches.
- On-demand uniforms & everyday wear
- Trade-show, conference & onboarding kits
- Embroidered in house, reorders on file
Merch stores for every ministry

The same on-demand store works for churches — volunteers, students, and campuses order their own gear without re-collecting sizes each season. Plus event tees, retreat gear, and mission-trip shirts.
- Volunteer & serve-team stores
- Student & youth merch
- Retreat & mission-trip gear
From logo to loading dock in four steps
No account managers, no runaround. Here's how an order runs.

Send your logo
Vector art is ideal, but a rough logo is fine — we'll clean it up and tell you what we need.

Approve a mockup
We return a free digital mockup and a clear quote.

We make them
Embroidered or printed on our own machines — no outsourcing, no surprises on quality.

Pick up or ship
Folded, counted, and sorted by size on the date we promised. Local pickup or shipped to your door.
The easy part is the logo. We sweat the rest.
Anyone can slap a logo on a shirt. We obsess over the things that actually decide whether you order again.
In-house everything
Printing, embroidery, and DTF all happen under one roof, so we own the quality and the timeline.
Real humans on art
A designer touches every order. We fix blurry logos and flag problems before they hit a shirt.
Honest minimums
None at all through a store. For one-time orders: 48 pieces on screen printing, 24 on embroidery, 12 on DTF — we'll steer you to whatever's actually cheaper.
Reorders that match
We keep your logo digitized and your thread colors on file, so next year's order looks exactly like this year's.
Built for the people who order in bulk
We speak schedule, sizing, and budget for the groups we work with most.

Embroidered Hats FAQs
The questions we get asked most — answered straight.
- How much do embroidered hats cost?
- It comes down to the hat you pick and the stitch count of your logo. A simple left-front logo on a standard cap is inexpensive; a large, dense design costs more because it's more stitches and more machine time. Ordering more at once lowers the per-hat price. We quote it all up front with no surprise fees.
- Is there a minimum order for embroidered hats?
- Through a store there's no minimum — grab a single cap anytime. For a one-time order, embroidered hats have a 24-piece minimum, still well below screen printing's 48.
- Do embroidered hats need a special logo file?
- Send us whatever you have — vector (AI, EPS, SVG) is ideal but we can work from most things. Hats have a smaller embroidery area than a shirt, so very detailed logos sometimes need simplifying. We'll tell you honestly if yours does, and we'll show you a mockup before anything gets stitched.
- What's the best hat style for a company logo?
- A dad cap or trucker hat if you want people to actually wear it off the clock, a structured cap if you want a more traditional, professional look. When in doubt we'd start with a dad cap — it's the style that gets worn the most right now.
- Can you embroider hats and shirts to match?
- Yes, and it's a good idea. We keep your logo digitized and your thread colors locked on file, so the hat, the polo, and the jacket all come out matching — and they still match when you reorder next year.
