Uniform programs

Company uniforms, managed for you

A uniform program takes staff apparel off someone's plate for good. We build you a private store with your approved uniforms, digitize your logo, and lock your thread colors — then your team orders their own sizes on demand. New hires get outfitted day one, reorders take one email, and every piece matches the last, whether it ships next week or next year.

What's included

Everything a uniform program handles

One store, one point of contact, and none of the spreadsheet chasing.

A private uniform store

Your approved uniforms at your own link. Staff pick their size and check out — company-paid, on an allowance, or their own dime.

Embroidered in house

Polos, button-ups, jackets, and caps stitched on our own machines, so quality and consistency stay ours to control.

Automatic new-hire outfitting

A new hire orders from the store on day one instead of waiting on a bulk run. No more scrambling to outfit someone last-minute.

Per-employee allowances

Set a budget per person or per role. Cover the essentials, let staff buy extras — you decide, and spend stays predictable.

Reorders that match

Your logo and thread colors stay on file, so this year's uniforms are identical to last year's. No drift, no re-proofing.

Ships anywhere

Multi-location or remote crew? Each person or site gets their uniforms shipped direct, or picks up local in Mesa.

Who we specialize in

Built for teams that reorder

Businesses and churches are who we know best — the groups with real deadlines, brand standards, and reorders an on-demand store is built for.

For Businesses

An always-open store for your team

We build you a private online store for company apparel — uniforms, swag, and everyday wear your team orders on demand. Embroidered in house, with your logo and colors on file so every reorder matches.

  • On-demand uniforms & everyday wear
  • Trade-show, conference & onboarding kits
  • Embroidered in house, reorders on file
For Churches

Merch stores for every ministry

The same on-demand store works for churches — volunteers, students, and campuses order their own gear without re-collecting sizes each season. Plus event tees, retreat gear, and mission-trip shirts.

  • Volunteer & serve-team stores
  • Student & youth merch
  • Retreat & mission-trip gear
How it works

From logo to loading dock in four steps

No account managers, no runaround. Here's how an order runs.

01

Send your logo

Vector art is ideal, but a rough logo is fine — we'll clean it up and tell you what we need.

02

Approve a mockup

We return a free digital mockup and a clear quote.

03

We make them

Embroidered or printed on our own machines — no outsourcing, no surprises on quality.

04

Pick up or ship

Folded, counted, and sorted by size on the date we promised. Local pickup or shipped to your door.

Why Heart & Hook

The easy part is the logo. We sweat the rest.

Anyone can slap a logo on a shirt. We obsess over the things that actually decide whether you order again.

In-house everything

Printing, embroidery, and DTF all happen under one roof, so we own the quality and the timeline.

Real humans on art

A designer touches every order. We fix blurry logos and flag problems before they hit a shirt.

Honest minimums

None at all through a store. For one-time orders: 48 pieces on screen printing, 24 on embroidery, 12 on DTF — we'll steer you to whatever's actually cheaper.

Reorders that match

We keep your logo digitized and your thread colors on file, so next year's order looks exactly like this year's.

Questions

Uniform Programs FAQs

The questions we get asked most — answered straight.

What is a uniform program?
A uniform program is a managed system for your company's staff uniforms: a private online store with your approved, branded pieces, where employees order their own sizes on demand. We keep your logo and colors on file, produce on demand, and ship to each person or location — so outfitting staff and new hires stops being a recurring chore.
How much does a uniform program cost?
Setup itself is minimal for most small and mid-size companies — you're mainly paying for the uniforms your team orders. Cost scales with the garments, decoration, and quantities you choose. Send us your lineup and we'll put together a clear quote with no surprise fees.
Is there a minimum for a uniform program?
No — a store produces on demand, so you can order a single polo. For a one-time bulk run outside the store, minimums are 48 (screen printing), 24 (embroidery), and 12 (DTF), and we'll point you to whichever is cheaper.
Can we set uniform allowances per employee?
Yes. Run it company-paid, set a per-person or per-role allowance, or let staff pay for extras themselves — and you can mix them. You control who spends what, so the program stays on budget.
How do new hires get their uniforms?
They order from your store on day one and pick their own sizes — no waiting on a bulk order or guessing off a spreadsheet. You can also set up a new-hire kit that ships automatically before their start date.
How do we start a uniform program?
Send us your logo and the pieces you want to offer. We digitize the logo, build the store, and send mockups for approval. Once you sign off, your team can start ordering — usually within a couple of weeks.
