Custom Scrubs
Custom embroidered scrubs with your practice logo, staff names and credentials — medical, dental, and veterinary, stitched in our own shop so it outlasts the scrub.

Teams that wear our work
From roofers and contractors to credit unions and churches — these teams show up in gear we made.
Scrubs that say who your team is
We embroider scrubs for medical, dental, and veterinary practices — your logo on the left chest, each person's name and credentials, and department colour-coding if you run more than one role on the floor. Embroidery rather than print, because scrubs get washed hot and often and a print will not survive it. If you want the full walkthrough first, start with our embroidered scrubs guide.
What we decorate for a practice
One logo file across all of it, so the floor and the front desk look like the same practice.
Embroidered scrub tops
The core piece. Practice logo on the left chest, name and credentials opposite or underneath. Colour-coded by department if you want it readable at a glance.
Scrub jackets & warm-ups
Clinics run cold. A matching jacket with the same logo means the layer people actually wear still looks like part of the uniform.
Veterinary scrubs
Harder wear, hotter washes, and usually more personality in the logo. Stitched, never printed, and we will tell you how small your artwork can go.
Front-desk polos
Non-clinical staff usually want a polo rather than scrubs. Same logo, same thread, so the whole office reads as one practice.
Two ways to work with us
Most jobs are one of these. Plenty of customers do both.
Bulk runs, done right

Camps, events, fundraisers, retreats, team tees, trade shows, a uniform rollout. You give us the date and the count — we print, stitch, fold, and have it ready when we said we would. No account manager, no runaround.
- Screen printing from 48 · embroidery and DTF from 12
- Free digital mockup before anything runs
- We'll steer you to whichever method is actually cheaper
A store your team orders from

When the same gear goes out again and again — new hires, volunteers, a second campus, next season's crew — we build you a private store. Logo and colors on file, no minimums, everyone orders their own size and it ships to them.
- No minimums at all through a store
- Sizes collected once, never chased again
- Ships to every employee, volunteer, or location
Most of our store customers started with one bulk order. Start wherever you are — we'll tell you honestly which one fits, and whether we're the right shop for you at all.
From logo to loading dock in four steps
No account managers, no runaround. Here's how an order runs.

Send your logo
Vector art is ideal, but a rough logo is fine — we'll clean it up and tell you what we need.

Approve a mockup
We return a free digital mockup and a clear quote.

We make them
Embroidered or printed on our own machines — no outsourcing, no surprises on quality.

Pick up or ship
Folded, counted, and sorted by size on the date we promised. Local pickup or shipped to your door.
The easy part is the logo. We sweat the rest.
Anyone can slap a logo on a shirt. We obsess over the things that actually decide whether you order again.
In-house everything
Printing, embroidery, and DTF all happen under one roof, so we own the quality and the timeline.
Real humans on art
A designer touches every order. We fix blurry logos and flag problems before they hit a shirt.
Honest minimums
None at all through a store. For one-time orders: 48 pieces on screen printing, 12 on embroidery and DTF — we'll steer you to whatever's actually cheaper.
Reorders that match
We keep your logo digitized and your thread colors on file, so next year's order looks exactly like this year's.
Built for the people who order in bulk
We speak schedule, sizing, and budget for the groups we work with most.

What goes on a scrub top, and where
The layout that works is settled and we would not fight you on it: your practice logo on the left chest, about 3.5 inches wide, and the person's name with credentials underneath or opposite. The name is the part that earns its money. A patient who can read "Maria, RN" before anyone speaks is already slightly more at ease, and in a practice where everyone is in the same colour it is the fastest way for them to tell who does what.
Credentials matter and people care about them, so get them right — RN, RDH, DVM, LVT, CMA. Send us the list exactly as each person wants it written, because this is the one piece of a uniform where a wrong abbreviation is personal rather than cosmetic. We sort and label every piece by person so nobody is hunting through a box.
Department colour-coding is worth setting up if you have more than one role on the floor — one logo, different scrub colours per department. It reads instantly to patients and it survives staff turnover, because the colour belongs to the role rather than the person.
- Left-chest logo, about 3.5 inches wide — the standard, and it works
- Name plus credentials — the single best addition you can make
- Colour-code by department, keep one logo across all of them
- Scrub jackets and caps take the same logo for a consistent look
- Embroidery, not print — scrubs get washed hot and often
Embroidery is the only sensible method here
Scrubs are laundered hot, frequently, and sometimes industrially. A print will crack and fade long before the garment wears out; stitching outlasts the scrub itself, which is the whole argument. It also simply looks more like a practice and less like a team shirt.
One technical thing worth knowing before you order, because it catches people out: modern stretch scrubs are a problem for embroidery. The four-way-stretch fabric everybody loves wearing moves under the needle, and without the right backing a logo comes out puckered or distorted — and it gets worse after the first few washes, not better. We stabilise stretch fabrics with a cut-away backing suited to the material, and on a very light stretch knit we will tell you honestly if a logo is too dense for it and suggest a simplified version rather than stitching something that will warp.
The fuller walkthrough — placement, backing, the stretchy-scrub problem, and choosing the garment — is in our embroidered scrubs guide.
Medical, dental, and veterinary practices
Medical and dental offices usually want the same thing: one logo, clean placement, names and credentials, and a reorder that matches last year's. The front desk often ends up in a polo rather than scrubs, and running both off the same logo file keeps the whole office looking like one practice.
Veterinary practices are their own thing and we would rather say so. Vet scrubs take more abuse than almost any other uniform — claws, water, and a wash cycle that is not gentle — so the garment matters more and the decoration has to be stitched rather than printed. Vet teams also tend to want more personality than a hospital does, and a practice logo with an animal in it embroiders beautifully as long as the detail is not too fine. Send us the artwork and we will tell you honestly how small it can go before the detail closes up.
Across all three, the thing that actually trips practices up is not the first order — it is the hire in March when the last order was in October.
Ordering for a practice — and the next hire
Embroidery starts at 12 pieces for a one-time run, which covers most practices in one order, and most orders run about two to three weeks from the approved mockup. Digitizing your logo is a one-time cost: after the first order the stitch file is on record, so every reorder runs straight off it with no setup again and matches exactly. That is why your second order is cheaper than your first.
For the new hire, an online company store is the answer — your approved scrubs, logo, thread colours, and the department colour scheme sit at a private link, and someone orders their own size with no minimum. It arrives looking like everyone else's because it is the same file. If you want the practice to pay, or to give staff an allowance, that is a uniform program and we set those up end to end.
We outfit medical and dental offices, veterinary clinics, and cleaning and facilities teams across Arizona and ship anywhere. Send us your logo, a headcount, and the name list and we will come back with garment options, a free mockup, and a straight quote.

Custom Scrubs FAQs
The questions we get asked most — answered straight.
- Can you embroider our practice logo on scrubs?
- Yes, and it is most of what we do for practices. Logo on the left chest around 3.5 inches wide, with each person's name and credentials opposite or underneath. Send us the logo and the name list exactly as each person wants it written, and we will sort and label every piece by person.
- Should scrubs be embroidered or printed?
- Embroidered. Scrubs are laundered hot and often, sometimes industrially, and a print will crack and fade long before the garment wears out. Stitching outlasts the scrub itself and reads more like a practice than a printed team shirt does.
- Can you embroider stretch scrubs?
- Yes, with the right backing — and it is worth knowing why that matters. Four-way-stretch fabric moves under the needle, so without a cut-away backing suited to the material the logo puckers, and it gets worse with washing rather than settling down. On a very light stretch knit we will tell you if your logo is too dense for it and suggest a simplified version rather than stitching something that will warp.
- Do you do veterinary scrubs?
- Yes, and vet practices are worth treating differently. Vet scrubs take more abuse than almost any other uniform, so the garment matters more and the decoration has to be stitched. Vet logos also tend to carry more detail — send us the artwork and we will tell you honestly how small it can go before the fine detail closes up.
- Can you add names and credentials to scrubs?
- Yes, and it is the best addition you can make. A patient who can read a name and credential before anyone speaks is more at ease, and in a practice where everyone wears the same colour it is the fastest way to tell roles apart. Send the list exactly as each person wants it — RN, RDH, DVM, LVT — because a wrong abbreviation is personal, not cosmetic.
- Is there a minimum order for custom scrubs?
- Embroidery starts at 12 pieces for a one-time order, which covers most practices outright. Through a company store there is no minimum — a single scrub top for a new hire is fine, and it matches because we stitch from the same saved file.
- Can we colour-code scrubs by department?
- Yes, and we would suggest it if you have more than one role on the floor. One logo, a different scrub colour per department. Patients read it instantly, and it survives turnover because the colour belongs to the role rather than the person.
