Custom work shirts with your company logo — embroidered or printed in our own shop. Button-ups, polos, tees, and hi-vis for the crews that actually wear them. Free mockup.

Teams that wear our work
From roofers and contractors to credit unions and churches — these teams show up in gear we made.
Work shirts with your logo, made to actually get worn
We make custom work shirts with your company logo — embroidered button-ups and polos, screen-printed work tees, and hi-vis safety shirts. Everything's decorated in house, so the quality and the timeline stay ours to keep. Send us a logo and we'll send back a free mockup.

Every kind of work shirt
Pick the shirt that fits the job — we'll tell you honestly which decoration method belongs on it.
Button-up work shirts
The classic. Durable twill or poplin that holds a crease and takes a name patch. Best with an embroidered logo on the chest and a name on the opposite side.
Work polos
What most office and service teams actually want. Performance poly for hot Arizona days, cotton blends for a softer feel. Embroidery is the move here.
Work tees
Cheapest per piece and the most-worn. Great for crews, warehouses, and giveaways. Screen print or DTF, depending on your quantity and colors.
Hi-vis and safety shirts
ANSI-rated hi-vis tees and polos for road, utility, and construction crews. We print or heat-press without compromising the reflective striping.
Built for teams that reorder
Businesses and churches are who we know best — the groups with real deadlines, brand standards, and reorders an on-demand store is built for.
An always-open store for your team

We build you a private online store for company apparel — uniforms, swag, and everyday wear your team orders on demand. Embroidered in house, with your logo and colors on file so every reorder matches.
- On-demand uniforms & everyday wear
- Trade-show, conference & onboarding kits
- Embroidered in house, reorders on file
Merch stores for every ministry

The same on-demand store works for churches — volunteers, students, and campuses order their own gear without re-collecting sizes each season. Plus event tees, retreat gear, and mission-trip shirts.
- Volunteer & serve-team stores
- Student & youth merch
- Retreat & mission-trip gear
From logo to loading dock in four steps
No account managers, no runaround. Here's how an order runs.

Send your logo
Vector art is ideal, but a rough logo is fine — we'll clean it up and tell you what we need.

Approve a mockup
We return a free digital mockup and a clear quote.

We make them
Embroidered or printed on our own machines — no outsourcing, no surprises on quality.

Pick up or ship
Folded, counted, and sorted by size on the date we promised. Local pickup or shipped to your door.
The easy part is the logo. We sweat the rest.
Anyone can slap a logo on a shirt. We obsess over the things that actually decide whether you order again.
In-house everything
Printing, embroidery, and DTF all happen under one roof, so we own the quality and the timeline.
Real humans on art
A designer touches every order. We fix blurry logos and flag problems before they hit a shirt.
Honest minimums
None at all through a store. For one-time orders: 48 pieces on screen printing, 24 on embroidery, 12 on DTF — we'll steer you to whatever's actually cheaper.
Reorders that match
We keep your logo digitized and your thread colors on file, so next year's order looks exactly like this year's.
Built for the people who order in bulk
We speak schedule, sizing, and budget for the groups we work with most.

Custom Work Shirts FAQs
The questions we get asked most — answered straight.
- How much do custom work shirts cost?
- It comes down to the garment, the decoration method, and how many you order. Printed work tees are the budget option; embroidered button-ups and polos cost more but last for years. Ordering more at once brings the per-piece price down. Send us your lineup and we'll quote every line up front — no surprise setup or art fees.
- Is there a minimum order for custom work shirts?
- For one-time orders, screen printing has a 48-piece minimum, embroidery 24, and DTF 12. Through a company store there's no minimum at all — a single shirt for one new hire is no problem. We'll point you to whichever method is cheaper.
- Should work shirts be embroidered or printed?
- Embroider anything with a collar that gets worn daily — button-ups and polos. Stitching looks premium and survives years of washing. Print work tees and any large or full-color design, where heavy stitching would be too much. Most crews end up with both.
- Can you put our company logo on work shirts?
- That's most of what we do. Send us your logo — vector files (AI, EPS, SVG) are best, but we can work from what you've got and clean it up. We digitize it for embroidery, dial in the placement, and send a free mockup for your approval before anything gets made.
- How long do custom work shirts take?
- It depends on the size of the order and the garments you choose. We'll give you a firm date when you place your order and keep you posted along the way. If a garment is backordered anywhere in the country, we'll tell you before you commit rather than after.
- Can we add employee names to the shirts?
- Yes — names embroidered opposite the logo are a standard add-on for button-ups and polos, and they make it obvious who's who on a job site. Send the name list with your order and we'll sort and label each shirt by person.
