Vector art is ideal, but a rough logo is fine — we'll clean it up and tell you what we need.

Custom Polo Shirts FAQs
The questions we get asked most — answered straight.
- How much do custom polo shirts cost?
- It depends on the polo you choose, the stitch count of your logo, and the quantity — premium performance brands and dense logos cost more, and ordering more at once brings the per-piece price down. Send us your lineup and we'll quote every line up front with no surprise setup fees.
- Is there a minimum order for custom polos?
- Through a company store, no minimum — a single polo for a new hire is fine. For a one-time order, embroidery has a 24-piece minimum; if you print instead, screen printing's is 48 and DTF's is 12.
- Should polos be embroidered or printed?
- Embroidered, almost always. A stitched logo on a collar looks premium and survives years of washing, while a print on a polo tends to look cheap and can crack over time. We'd only print a polo if you had a big, full-color design that couldn't be stitched.
- Can you add employee names to polos?
- Yes — names stitched opposite the logo are a standard add-on and make it obvious who's who on a job site or a sales floor. Send the name list with your order and we'll sort and label each shirt by person.
- What polo fabric is best for Arizona?
- Performance poly, without much debate. It breathes, wicks sweat, and dries fast, which matters when your crew is outside in July. Save the cotton blends for indoor teams who care more about a soft feel than staying cool.
