Custom team uniforms & fan gear

Youth leagues, travel teams, and rec clubs trust us for full uniform kits plus the parent and fan apparel that funds the season.

We make custom team uniforms and jerseys with names and numbers, plus the fan and parent gear that funds the season. Sizing kits make sure every player gets the right fit, we keep your roster and art on file for fast add-ons, and everything shows up sorted and labeled by player.

Outfitting a roster

Team apparel has a wrinkle most other apparel doesn't: almost every piece is different. Names, numbers, and sizes vary per player, which turns one order into thirty small ones.

That changes what method makes sense, what it costs, and how long it takes — so it's worth understanding before you collect a single size.

  • Jerseys with names and numbers
  • Practice and warm-up gear
  • Coach and staff polos
  • Fan and parent shirts — usually the bigger run
  • Tournament and championship tees
  • Bags, caps, and spirit wear

Names and numbers change the math

A plain team shirt is one design printed thirty times, and screen printing makes that cheap once you're past 48 pieces. Add individual names and each shirt becomes its own setup, which is where costs climb.

There are better ways to handle it. DTF has no per-color setup at all, so individual names and numbers are far more economical than screen printing them — and it prints on the polyester performance fabric most jerseys are made from without the dye migration that plagues screen printing on poly.

Our honest advice: print the team design in bulk, add names and numbers with DTF. That's usually the cheapest route and nobody can tell from looking.

Fan gear is where the money is

The roster is twenty people. The parents, siblings, and grandparents are a hundred and twenty — and they'll buy.

A simple fan tee in team colors, sold alongside the roster order, routinely outsells the uniform run and can fund it outright. The mechanics are the same as any t-shirt fundraiser: price at roughly double your cost, set a hard deadline, and collect payment at order time rather than chasing it later.

Sizing a team without the spreadsheet

Collecting sizes, numbers, and payment from thirty families is the part that eats a season. A paper sheet, four different people collecting cash, and a group text is how most teams try it, and it's why coaches burn out on merch.

An online store takes name, number, size, and payment in one step, with no minimum — so parents order directly and nobody chases anybody. It also stays up all season for the family who decides in week six that they want a hoodie.

Deadlines we can actually hold

Season openers and tournaments don't move, so we'd rather give you a real date than an optimistic one. Standard turnaround is two to three weeks from artwork approval, and names-and-numbers work adds a little on top.

Sports Teams & Leagues FAQs

Where can I get custom team uniforms?
We make custom team uniforms and jerseys in house — with names and numbers, sizing kits so every player fits, and everything sorted and labeled by player. We keep your roster and art on file so mid-season add-ons are quick.
Can you add names and numbers to jerseys?
Yes — names and numbers from a simple roster sheet are standard. We sort and label each kit by player so handout on opening day is painless.
Do you make fan and parent gear too?
Absolutely. Fan and parent apparel is often what funds the season — we can run it alongside the uniforms or open a team store so families order their own.
How do reorders and add-ons work mid-season?
We keep your design and roster on file, so adding a late player or reordering is one message. For no-minimum add-ons we use DTF so a single jersey is no problem.
